Description

In this Black History Month episode of Recovery with Root Morgan Tuck, General Manager for the Connecticut Sun, and 4x NCAA and 2020 WNBA Champion, talks about her transition between playing basketball, and managing her former team. Morgan played basketball her entire life, playing for her high school in Chicago, as a UConn Husky, a Connecticut Sun, and a Seattle Storm, before a series of knee injuries and surgeries caused her to transition out of playing and into the professional world. In this episode, she discusses the adjustment to her day to day life, and the affect the transition had on her mental health.
