Ro: În inima orașului Iași, Piața Unirii era plină de viață.
En: In the heart of Iași city, Unirii Square was full of life.

Ro: Soarele de vară strălucea puternic.
En: The summer sun shone brightly.

Ro: Oameni de toate vârstele se plimbau printre tarabe, admirați de prospețimea fructelor și legumelor.
En: People of all ages strolled among the stalls, admiring the freshness of the fruits and vegetables.

Ro: Acolo, la o tarabă de roșii, se aflau Mihai și Elena.
En: There, at a tomato stall, stood Mihai and Elena.

Ro: "Mihai, avem nevoie de roșii," spuse Elena zâmbind.
En: "Mihai, we need tomatoes," said Elena, smiling.

Ro: "Uite ce roșii mari și frumoase au aici.
En: "Look at these big and beautiful tomatoes they have here."

Ro: ""Da, arată bine," răspunse Mihai.

Ro: "Vrei să cumpărăm câteva pentru cină?

Ro: "În timp ce vânzătorul le ambala roșiile, Mihai observă o tarabă cu mere.

Ro: ""Da, sunt perfecte pentru o plăcintă," spuse Elena încântată.
