Rest Days. Their essential to every athlete. In fact, great running is dependent on great recovery. So, why do we have such a hard time taking the rest we need? Why are we so bad at recovery? Maybe it's because we're looking at rest and recovery the wrong ways. Maybe we're being told the wrong things about work and workloads. Maybe we're not being told the right things. Well, my hope is that this episode helps a little bit. Because we have a rest and recovery problem.
