The Roger Winkler Memorial Foundation gives back to the community through scholarships. Wilson County recipients have an opportunity to receive scholarships from 0 to [post_excerpt],000 through community service, helping to keep our Texas highways clean during the year and volunteering at bingo events at Kosciusko Hall.
