For this Episode 8, I’d like to introduce you to Peju, a former client of mine, who has navigated her career journey focussing on making an impact within the sustainability field. 

What I have loved the most about this episode is hearing Peju’s perspective on how to navigate stakeholders’ management, especially when some people she worked with did not necessarily have sustainability as the main topic on their agenda.

Peju is a climate and sustainability subject matter lead in EY's UK Sustainable Finance team. Working with leading Private Equity and Alternative investors on implementing strategic responses to Climate, Net Zero Sustainable Finance and broader ESG agenda items.

She also supports a wider range of FS clients to respond to ESG regulatory requirements particularly TCFD, SFDR and EU Taxonomy.
