Description

Anna Scully is Assistant Designer at Oxford University Press. She describes the main tasks and responsibilities of a text designer and the differences with working on book covers instead. We also discussed the challenges of an extremely interesting book design, with a walking camel in the running header, and the importance of maths and science for design.

In the next episode I will interview an HR professional and would like to ask some of your questions about CVs, cover letters, job interviews and the publishing recruiting process in general. So if there’s anything you would like me to ask, you can tweet me @FlamFlam91 using the hashtag #AskPublishingInsight or write me an email to publishinginsight@gmail.com
