- It will explain that UX research is not the same discipline as UX design.
- It will also cover the different tasks, skill sets and responsibilities of the UX researchers,

UX research uses scientific research methods (quantitative and qualitative) to understand and evaluate user behaviour, needs, and motivation when using a digital product.
