  2. Are training, nutrition and recovery all equally important or is there an order of importance and if so what are they and why please?
  3. Once we have reached our goal in a FLP and are reversing back up for muscle growth, can we expect it to be more challenging to reach the higher calories before going back into a 2nd or 3rd FLP? Is it possible we may not be able to go as high before going into surplus?
  4. What are the benefits of being in a surplus. And how long should you sit at same calories to get to maintenance from a surplus. ( hope makes sense)
  5. Pros and cons to sitting at the top of your RD for longer than 4 weeks??
