In this Episode I get to chat to Caroline from the stunning wooded nature reserve Healey Dell where she lives near Manchester. I ask Caroline to walk me through her journey, from never having flown before to her first trip to the Gambia aged 18, following her life working in different countries in Africa, to India and China. Working in environmental sustainability, education, and women's rights.

We can’t stop laughing as the weather gets worse throughout the episode - and I’m convinced that the rain is passing over. And Caroline leaves us with the advice to “Stand up for yourself - and speak out”
