I recently read an email from a co-worker who was taking some time off from work because his wife was leaving him to go to the beach. At first, I thought it was a sad situation, but then I realized that he was actually going to be spending some quality time with his toddler. This made me think about how our circumstances can change our perspective.

I've also been enjoying the times when I can live in the moment and help others. For example, I helped a woman find her lost dog and I talked to a friend who was going through a divorce. These experiences have taught me that it's not always about what you do, but about being where you can help uplift others.

In a world where we can choose to be anything, I choose to be grateful. I'm grateful for the people in my life, the opportunities I have, and the simple things that make me happy. I hope you'll join me in choosing gratitude!
