If you’re a regular listener, I’m sure you’ve heard us throw around the terms “mind muscle connection” and “conscious movement,” but up until now, we haven’t really explored what these terms mean. It’s finally that time!

In our previous episode, we explored the significance of strength training and the overall concept of training for health. We signed off with a cliff-hanger that hinted there was very much a better and worse way to strength train and that it had its basis in the mind.
