Summary: The #COVID-19 has created unprecedented pressure on the small to mid size firms. Your ability to share information has become priority one. This week each day we will explore how to effectively shape the culture during this time to enable a healthy sharing culture.

New Values: What do you value? Or a better question is why do you value? Value is simply the worth the you place on something. All of us value something in life. And when we value it, we protect it then we invest in it.

We have seen countless people get huge once in a lifetime opportunities in life. Only to blow it due to continuing to value old things from their past. I seriously believe that there are some things about your past culture that you need to forget. If you came from a poor mentality about money and get the opportunity to earn serious income to support your family, you need to forget the old way of handling money. If you grew up in a culture of absent parents and become a parent, you need to forget that. So whats the alternative? Investing in new values. In our journey of life, at certain times, certain things become more important than others and we must be able to recognize that and make the necessary changes and adapt. That means we must invest in new values that support where we are going. So I would like to share with you how to best go about investing in new values. As a result, you''ll make this stick in your teams.
