Description

Fun fact: Feminism is a response to patriarchy.

Baddies welcome to my new weekly mini-series, Sunday School, where I share a small lesson from my new book, How to Hack the Patriarchy. This one's from the introduction.

Class is in session, and today we're discussing feminism's branding problem. Over the last few years, feminism's reputation has become severely damaged. If you say you're a feminist, get ready to be labelled an angry, man-hating, snowflake. What was once a widely accepted (and vital) social movement has now been reduced to a joke among men and an embarrassment among women.

Why did this shift happen? And what can we do to shift this perception and get the show back on the road? Tune into this class to find out.

🎙️ About the podcast: Patriarchal power runs like software. Once you understand its code and where its bugs are, you can easily hack it. Inspired by The 48 Laws of Power, The Baddest Bitch in the Building is the first and only podcast discussing how to hack the patriarchy by teaching thousands of women how to:

  1. Use the patriarchy's loopholes to your advantage
  2. Unlearn the invisible conditioning keeping you small
  3. Stop letting guilt and shame control you
  4. No longer feel depleted in your relationships
  5. Apply psychological strategies to get what you want
  6. Understand human nature so well, you'll always win

👸 About Neeki: I earned my Bachelor’s in Public Policy with High Distinction and went on to complete my Master’s in Political Science, both at the University of Toronto. I've been invited to present my research on how underdogs build and leverage power at conferences across North America. Before launching this podcast, I worked in management consulting, advising senior executives at some of Canada’s largest companies. That’s where I learned firsthand that power isn’t given – it’s either taken or created.
