With over 10 years in the industry and having gone through her two pregnancies herself, Sarah is a go-to source for women during a time when our bodies experience so much change. After only having 3 months between her first and second pregnancies, Sarah understands that every pregnancy is different. She’s developed a specific training method to help you through your journey.
