Season 2: Episode 15, Why you should learn to speak Asante Twi Language with Ghanian language teacher, Nana Kwame?
No better time like the present to begin learning the indigenous language of our ancestors. Nana Kwame, a dear friend of mines that I met while visiting Ghana, Africa, was born and raised in Ghana. He trained both at the University of Cape Coast and at the African University College of Communications. He teaches Twi (Akan) language at the Junior and Senior levels of high school, as well as beginner, intermediate and advanced levels online. He currently resides in Ghana, Africa.
Nana Kwame is also an author, poet and playwright. Books Written: Sua Anwonsen (Learn Poems/Poetry) Kenkan me (Reading Book) Twi Atwere ne Akenkan (How to write and Read the Akan Lanaguage) Sunday, April 26, 2020, 4 p.m. EST, Nana Kwawme is offering a FREE intro online class to learn Twi for ages 10 yrs - adult.
Twi is a predominate lanague spoken in Ghana after English (the national language.)
