Leslie Martino is a wife and homeschooling mom to four children (including 5 year old identical twin boys) who keep her on her toes. She and her husband are originally from New York City, but now live in Central Florida. Over the last 20 years Leslie has taught, both in elementary and college education, and in the dance/movement/fitness industry. She has always been passionate about children and the way they see and experience the world around them.
Leslie is a graduate of Columbia University’s Teachers College and spent time as an elementary school teacher and Adjunct Lecturer for graduate courses focused on the role of the teacher in supporting children’s individual work preferences.
Leslie loves God, family, encouraging and mentoring others, exploring new things and places, creative endeavors, reading, and sappy movies. You can often find her collecting nature treasures or whipping up her own homemade personal care products in the kitchen. She is also a natural health enthusiast.
