EPISODE 32 — “The Guy Behind TheKane”

This episode feels a little different — in the best way. My guest is one of the very few men I’ve had on this season, and he’s someone you probably already follow: the admin behind the well-known Instagram page @thekane, filled with Mongolian poetry, quotes, and emotional reflections.

We kicked things off talking about his childhood and high school days, and from there, we went deep into something I’ve never explored before on the pod — his experience in the army. He shared the ups, the downs, and how it really felt, mentally and emotionally. That led us into one of my favorite parts of the conversation: men’s mental health — why so many guys stay quiet, and what it takes to actually open up.

We also got into relationships, women, love, breakups — all the messy and meaningful stuff. And of course, I asked about the heart behind @thekane — why he started the page, what the quotes mean to him, and what he hopes people feel when they read his words.
