They build an identity around being “correct.” They defend their beliefs like a fortress—unwilling to let anything new in. But here’s the irony: If you never question yourself, you never evolve. Epictetus nailed it when he said: “It is impossible for a man to learn what he thinks he already knows.” In other words, you can't fix that which is not broken.
