Morning Mantra: “As you live deeper in the heart, the mirror of self-reflection gets clearer.”

Loving yourself starts with liking yourself, which starts with respecting yourself, which starts with thinking of yourself in positive ways.

It also includes being concerned about your character more than your reputation. Your character is who you are, your reputation is what others think of you. 

Don’t limit yourself by the fear of what others think, by the need for them to like you. When you do you are not free to walk the path that was meant for you. You will walk the path you think you are supposed to instead.  

Maybe it's time to remove the ‘I want you to like me’ sticker from your forehead and put it on your mirror instead.
