Morning Mantra: “You were given this life because you are strong enough to live it.”

Life is tough. But so are you.  We have all had days when we have thought we weren't strong enough to get through it.  But to keep going when everyone would understand if you quit, that is when your strength is discovered.

We have all asked ourselves, "Why am I going through this?"  Because it's a part of your journey of self-discovery.  Because  life doesn't  always get easier or more forgiving, you just get stronger and more resilient. More able to deal with what life throws at you.

When in doubt, look back at how far you’ve come, what you have already overcome and know that some of the best days of your life haven’t happened yet.
