Everything is #energy and vibrates at a specific #frequency. Our #thoughts and #emotions hold a specific frequency: from #shame being the lowest at 20hz to #peace measured at 600 hz.



One of the simplest practices to raise our vibration is grounding in nature. Observing and becoming aware of everything around us.



We can also raise our vibration through #movement such as #yoga, breathing in a #pranayama practice and #meditation. If we feel you can’t sit in meditation, we start with a movement/ #vinyasa #flow to get the body moving while focusing on our #breath and the. We are able to sit still and start meditating with a couple of minutes step by step.
