This episode Nick and I are joined by Adira member Tracey Drake. We get to know Tracey (not too much though). We talk about the importance of setting goals. Nick encourages us ALL to check in with a coach to set these goals.  Why strength training should always remain a constant and priority.   We also chat about aesthetics.  Sorry this podcast is not as clear as we would wish, but it was lashing it down at the gym when we recorded this episode.  🌧️
