Michael hosts this Olympics inspired diversion where he is joined on the show by British triple jump athlete Laura Samuel.
Laura won a silver medal at the World Junior Championships in 2010 jumping 13.75m and setting a British junior record. As a senior,Laura has the won the British outdoors title on five separate occasions. In 2014, she represented England at the Commonwealth Games in India and won a silver medal, smashing her personal best and jumping beyond 14m.
While the show is Athletics related, we couldn't ignore our football responsibilities. Laura is an ardent Leicester fan and we talked a bit about the club's historic title winning season and Charity Shield game vs Manchester United.
