I’m going to share a single, yet life-altering tip that has the power to completely transform your morning routine. This technique comes from my experience as a pediatric speech therapist and my background in early childhood development, making it a tried-and-true method for success.


So, what's the mind-blowing tip? It's as simple as keeping the kids in one place as much as possible. Once they make their way downstairs, encourage them to stay there, or better yet, accomplish as many tasks as you can upstairs before going downstairs. 


In this episode, I’ll delve into why transitioning from one place or task to another, also known as a "transition," can be incredibly challenging for children.
