In this 20 minute somatic connection practice for calm, experience different body based modalities such as gentle stretching, down regulation breathwork, vagus nerve exercises ending with a soothing sound bath. These practices are designed to shift into rest and digest mode by engaging with the parasympathetic nervous system. By connecting to the body, we quiet the mind and show it that it can soften and relax in a state of surrender.
