Over the past year I have felt the weight of the consequences that come from refusing to change, of fighting against the flow of life and seeking to control it.
And it has forced me to make large alterations in my habits, lifestyle, perspective and identity.

So that you can improve your internal and external realities and become the best version of yourself.
