A.J. is a distinguished talent and HR aficionado with over a decade of experience in Career Coaching and Human Resources. He has earned recognition from NBC, CBS, FOX,  ABC, The International Business Times, and Yahoo! News for his innovative approaches in the field. In 2023, A.J. was honored as the #1 Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year by USA TODAY, a testament to his impact and leadership in the industry. As the CEO of The Human Reach, a renowned human potential institute, A.J. empowers high-achieving professionals to secure their dream careers swiftly and provides executive coaching to Silicon Valley’s top leaders.

Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, A.J. honed his skills in training and development at KSL Capital, where he specialized in coaching leaders to select, coach, and retain top talent within the world’s most prestigious luxury resort properties. His expertise led him to Premier Staffing, where he partnered with renowned tech giants to refine talent strategy and recruiting tactics. A.J.’s role as the Vice President of Talent and Engagement at Sungevity, the world’s leading platform technology for residential solar, saw him leading an expansive HR team across the United States.

However, it was his tenure as a Global HR Executive at Facebook/Meta for over 6 years that marked a pinnacle in his career. There, he led international teams of over 30,000 people, spearheading innovative leadership programs that are still in full swing at Facebook today, which many companies have since emulated.

A.J. graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Management and Organizational Design from Ithaca College, laying the groundwork for his successful career in human resources and talent management.  He currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area where he spent most of his life growing up!
