Hey team! How's it going? Really, truly, genuinely hoping that you're doing much better than just "ok." But, if not, know that you're not alone. 
I'm here this week to talk about two things that always help me feel purposeful & more successful in life: setting clear goals and defining my "why." I discuss practices and tips that have helped me keep these things fairly steady in my life in hopes of it helping others out there. Remember, I would never ever ever ever EVER in a million years claim to have it all figured out, whatever that even means. I just find it so very important to share what works in our lives so that we can help each other, be there for one another, and maybe even have a little bit of advice that pushes each other to our best selves.
