Amos Elad, TAU Vice President for Development and Alumni Affairs, Shir Shahar of the Faculty of Medicine and Aviv Kurnas of the Air ForceOctober 7th created a massive crisis in all higher learning institutions in Israel and TAU is no exception. Close to 6000 men and women, students, faculty & administration - were called to serve in the army reserves. Most of them are still there three months later. Hundreds of students were directly affected by the massacre and its aftermath. Se veral students, children of faculty and their families were murdered in the music festival. How did TAU cope with this mega crisis?
