Meditation: Focus your energy on the color BLUE or PURPLE and imagine a glowing light in the location of your pineal gland. Then bring your attention to your forehead between your eyebrows cross your eyes while keeping your eyes closed. You will feel some eye strain, its not harmful just keep practicing and it will diminish.
