Tina D’Agostin is the CEO of Alcatraz AI, a global provider of frictionless, AI-powered biometric access control solutions revolutionizing security through facial authentication.

With a more than 25-year career in security technology and solutions, Tina has a wealth of leadership experience ranging from startups to Fortune 100 organizations. Her family’s legacy in entrepreneurship, and her curiosity for innovation led Tina to study business in school, and to eventually enter the security industry. During the events of 9/11, Tina worked in the security space–this served as a catalyst for her wanting to keep people safe in all areas of their lives, with a focus on businesses. Tina’s passion for technology, business, and architecture, along with her personal mission of amplifying safety and comfort, culminates in her role with Alcatraz AI.

Prior to Tina’s tenure at Alcatraz AI, she served as General Manager of Building Technology & Solutions at Johnson Controls, where she focused on delivering smart building technologies. Tina also served as a board member at the Bay Area Council, solidifying her reputation as a respected thought leader in the tech industry.
