Chuck Schumer and the left cry that tariffs will drive up the price of beer, guacamole, and free-range tofu. But here’s the truth: Mexico sends 80% of its exports to us, Canada sends 75%. When the U.S. economy sneezes, their economies get pneumonia. That’s leverage—and President Trump was right to use it.

Unlike taxes, which punish American families and businesses, tariffs put the pressure where it belongs: on foreign governments who depend on us more than we depend on them. The Constitution makes clear that government exists to serve the people, not the other way around. That’s why defending American jobs and sovereignty isn’t “mean”—it’s common sense.

The left wants you distracted with avocados and Corona beer photo ops. But here’s the real question: do we stand up for American workers, or do we sell them out for cheap labor and broken promises?
