This Yoga Nidra is a gentle journey inward to tend to the garden within you. Originally written for a live community event, it’s a chance to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner landscape.
Before, or after practicing, I encourage you to reflect on these three prompts—whether through journaling, meditation, or simply sitting with them:

🪴 What part of me is asking to be tended to with more care?
🌸 What within me is already blooming?
This practice invites deep rest, visualization, and connection with your Sankalpa (heartfelt intention), helping you clear what no longer serves and nourish what truly matters.
