Description

On a beautiful sunny day on the Parkland Walk, Rob and Paul review the London Marathon - through a lens of Paul not doing it, and Rob not completing it. Luckily we also had the mighty Helen Thorn on the course, so we've got the take of someone who medalled too. Featuring many wonderful runners, a dinosaur, some pretty bad jokes, slebs - and their running adventures, metronomic discipline, sounds and smells on the course, toenail talk, Jenni from the course, and the episode that never was.

Thank you so much Helen. Congratulations to you, and to everyone who ran the London and Manchester Marathons.
