In this episode I look at how to handle not being able to keep on track. This can happen to anyone - sometimes it's ourselves not being consistent and intentional. But... it can be for circumstances outside of our control or having to prioritise others, such as children for a period of time. I offer some principles and advice for getting through these times and maintaining the progress already made and moving forward again when the time is right.
