In part seven, we learn right away how deeply the FBI has been investigating the GAP cops, who meanwhile continue to torture Victor Garza for information on McGill's killer. As Det. D'Azarian and Agent Culver head toward BP police station to get more info from Police Aide Gabe, Dilly hits a realization and sees if she can make a strong enough connection to make an arrest. From there, the task force sets their aim on Lt. Girardi and Dilly figures out the one spot he has left to hide. All there is now... is the matter of bringing in the toughest gang cop in the San Gabriel Valley.
