As unique as our fingerprint is, each of us has their own path to which they must walk. To be able to get to the end one must endure and understand the challenges that come in whichever shape or form, however we find that in recent times society as been hugely shaped by comparison.
People compare their process to other peoples outcomes, they see the light but forget that the light shines and exposes the work that was done in the dark. the goal is not what will sustain you at the top, but it is falling in love with the process that get you to the top that's going to keep you there.
