I want you to throw away or put away the scale.
Stop relying on it and letting it tell you whether or not you’re getting results
I get it... I really do been there, done that. Where I would step on the scale and not see my weight go down and feel like I am failing at this fitness thing
And then I would stop, take a step back and realize all the amazing things I have progressed in
