Ro: Transfăgărășanul se întindea magnific printre Munții Carpați, acoperit de un voal subțire de zăpadă proaspătă.
En: The Transfăgărășan stretched magnificently through the Carpathian Mountains, covered by a thin veil of fresh snow.
Ro: Frunzele ruginii încă rezistau pe crengile copacilor, dar vântul rece începea să le pună la pământ.
En: The rusty leaves still held onto the branches of the trees, but the cold wind began to bring them to the ground.
Ro: Andrei se opri pentru o clipă să privească peisajul.
En: Andrei stopped for a moment to take in the scenery.
Ro: Aerul rece și curat părea să îi umple plămânii cu energie.

Ro: ”Pe măsură ce urcau mai sus pe drum, vântul se intensifica, iar ninsoarea cobora ca o pânză groasă.
En: As they climbed higher up the road, the wind intensified, and the snowfall descended like a thick shroud.
Ro: Cărarea devenea îngustă, periculoasă.
En: The path became narrow, dangerous.
Ro: În mintea lui Andrei, o luptă se dădea între dorința de a găsi comoara și grija pentru prietenii lui.
