The Tsu Shin Gen systems TSG KARATE, TSG COMBAT KARATE and TSG Japanese Mix Fight are very effective and progressive systems with traditional Martial Arts values.

These systems are suitable for children and youngsters, men and women who train TSG mainly as an exciting hobby but are still interested in an effective self-defence system.
