This episode dives into what Dr. Shiva Ghaed calls other people’s buckets, which are not our responsibility, when we need to be focused on our bucket. In this show Dr. Ghaed will discuss boundaries especially with people dealing with Trauma as well as boundaries with friends and family.


Dr. Shiva Ghaed is a nationally board certified, California-licensed Clinical Psychologist who practices in the San Diego area. She is specialized in trauma, and mood and anxiety disorders, and has spent most of her career working with the veteran and active duty military populations delivering evidence-based treatment for groups and individuals. She previously maintained part-time private practice in Orange County, CA, and is actively involved in a variety of volunteer activities to support her local community, including the Sunlight Retreats and the American Red Cross, Disaster Mental Health. She has been recognized and honored throughout her career for her excellence in and contributions to the field. She also just started her own podcast, "The Happy Wizard".
