Kelly Marcel takes the helm for what may be the final installment in the Venom series, titled Venom: The Last Dance. This third entry stands out as the least engaging of the trilogy, likely due to its lackluster plot and an irritating depiction of Venom. While the character has always been a challenging presence on screen, the previous film benefited from Woody Harrelson's exceptional performance as the villain, which elevated the story. Unfortunately, this time around, there is no such advantage. The most thrilling moment in the film is Venom's unusual fusion with a horse, aside from the sporadic moments of humor that provide brief relief from the overall mediocrity.
