For this episode, we will be featuring a teaching by Domo Geshe Rinpoche titled “Honesty as A Spiritual Practice”.

In commentary about the classic Buddhist teachings of the Ten Virtues and the Ten Non-Virtues, Rinpoche discusses a multitude of forms of dishonesty and their remedies. From the dishonesty of sarcasm, to dishonesty due to fear of the unknown we explore some of the dynamics characterizing each one and are invited to begin the process of self exploration and observation.
