We Can Do So Much Better w/ Karen Fleshman
Description
Content warning - episode contains reference to and personal experience of domestic violence and sexual assault.
Who were you before the patriarchy and white supremacy told you who to be? Karen Fleshman is an activist and the Founder of the Interracial Sisterhood Coalition - she is bringing together ALL of the women of the world to remember how to navigate relationship and understanding of each other so that we can genuinely create the existence that is every single person's birthright.
Hatred wants us to divide and separate, to be alone, to feel disengaged so that we don't organize. That's not the ask right now, it's to find yourself and to find your community so that you can actually, truly be the change you wish to see.
During this time of great deconstruction, the path is being cleared so that we can create that new. Be open, be curious, and set your ego aside so that you can find your own innate brilliance, and also your own personal work to get to the place we all deserve.
