A guided spiritual walk or run at your own pace. Twenty minutes contemplating the purpose of Ramadan and its opportunity for healing. Ramadan is a recovery prescribed by the greatest of Healers al Shafi. For some people they like to observe Ramadan a bit like a boot camp or vigorous training period. What if we adopted a mindset of recovery and healing instead? What lessons can we learn from verses from the Quran or examples from the Prophet Muhammed that support us utilising the month of fasting and recitation as a period of healing instead?


Ramadan is a unique and spiritual tailor-made prescription from the greatest of healers. It is a two-way treatment programme for those who are in need of nourishing soul food.
