Rae has recently become a Mum so it was an absolute honour to have a waffle with her about motherhood and how it has not only impacted her music but her mindset when it comes to stepping out on stage in front of thousands of people!

We also have a waffle about the impact the pandemic has had on us all as well as why overworking and not taking time out can have a really negative impact on not only your health but your passions too!
