We had some technical difficulties on this episode with the recording kicking us out a couple of times, so we had to edit the conversation more than we liked but we still get there in the end.

On this episode we talked about how there is normally one school of thought when we talk about finance— analytic thinking, technical knowledge, and return on investment. But we believe there is also another school of thought when it comes to finance and that is Empathy. 

Tony and I share why empathy is so important to our personal and business lives. In the process of the conversation Tony brings up an amazing example of a client of ours that recently was looking for funding in alignment with his religious beliefs and how we were able to provide a solution through one of our Lending Partners Playter that catered specifically to his desires. 

The episodes concludes with us finding Risecap’s legacy slogan when Tony has the epiphany “Human- Led , Tech- Driven”.
