Our 2025 Roadmap — a journey designed to guide our community through a year of well-rounded fitness. A year to continue to grow and redefine what we are capable of through our consistency.
Strength (January - March)
Starting the year with building a solid foundation of strength through lifting heavy and focusing on the most important gains: confidence.
Endurance (May - July)
We’ll add to our strength with a focus on our stamina, improving cardiovascular endurance, and discovering new ways to push past our limits.
Grit (September - November)
We can’t be well-rounded without mental toughness. Grit means we’re getting outside our comfort zone, building resilience and willing to get a little dirty along the way.
