When you start a business, chances are you will wear all the hats. But as your business grows it becomes more difficult to juggle the responsibilities that come with running a business. The hardest thing to accept is that we don't have to know and do everything. It's perfectly acceptable to pass the baton to people who have the skills we lack so that our business can grow. Brio Cooney of Brio Photography started her business over 20 years ago, as her business and family grew, she realized that in order "to do everything" she needed to build a team for her business. We sat down with Brio for an interview about the challenges of working with her husband, running a team and learning to trust others with her vision so that she could take care of her family on her terms.
