Description
You gotta love a roguelike deckbuilder. It's the peanutbutter and chocolate of genres. The randomness and run-to-run differentiation, with the short-loop tactics of building a deck. It's so good together!
Except sometimes you get a peanutbutter guy and then spend the next ten minutes looking for mr. chocolate until you hit the big ugly jelly boss and he blaps you back to the goddamn home screen.
I'm not mad. I'm not mad! Don't let them tell you I'm mad. This game is too cute for that.
In this episode: misleading art, deckbuilders, out here looking like a Korean schoolgirl's phone, working against yourself, cute elements, combo potential, lots of little unlocks and achievements, too much polish.
